My goal is to make the jobs of our employees easier by simplifying, streamlining, and automating processes. I also handle the Product Manager responsibilities on my team.

Developed a design system for B2B Saas products including a UI kit and style guide. I emphasized concepts aimed at introducing legacy system users to newer technologies, and conducted research that identified four persona groups.

I lead the product department. I designed people-centered software based on research and human psychology. If it was related to the design of our product, I was responsible for it; everything from research and discovery to design and testing. We focused on mobile but I also designed our web products.

Designed new software concepts as part of a multi-disciplinary team. I increased client satisfaction by designing effective UIs for control systems, developing improvements in usability and safety; conducting usability testing and focus groups.
